The mHealth Summit promises to be an amazing gathering of technologists and development experts in the ICT4Health field. Yet the offical Networking Session is limited to 50 people and sold out a while ago. For the rest of us, I'd like to offer a grassroots happy hour, so I'm organizing a Tweet-Up open to all.
